ESG: Social

Helping to Build a Safe, Inclusive and Positive Society

At Eve, our people come first, and we’re committed to making a positive impact in the surrounding communities. Our focus on being human-friendly begins within and extends outward. We believe that effective social initiatives must address the needs of both our team and the communities we engage with.

Internally, we implement programs that promote learning and development, along with competitive compensation and benefits. Our focus on safety, health, and well-being is central to our mission, as is our dedication to work-life balance and flexible work models. We also work to foster a positive and inclusive workplace, celebrating diversity, equity, and inclusion. In 2024, Eve was recognized as a Great Place to Work (GPTW), reaffirming our belief that our people are our greatest strength.

Externally, we build relationships with the community based on these same principles. We actively support initiatives such as the mini glider championship for elementary students in partnership with the Embraer Institute of Education and Research. Our involvement also includes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs like Mulheres Aviadoras, IAWA, and Mulheres on STEAM. Additionally, we have launched voluntary initiatives to strengthen our connection with the community, fostering collaboration and growth.

A continuous Social agenda promoted inside and outside the company

Annualy Eve promotes a dedicated Social agenda for the internal public and the community.

Internally, the People Cycle drives annual goals establishment, evaluation and feedback from the previous year, support of the leaders for development plans, merit cycle and potential evaluation and succession planning. Also, we develop a bench of programs with focus on security, health (physical and mental) and well-being. In addition, Eve and its leaders are committed to delivering an engaging work environment to our employees, including fostering a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace. We count on an internal Employee Resource Group (ERG), for instance, to debate and bring the company's best practices on equity topics, considering the diverse people we have at the company.

Expanding the same human approach beyond Eve, our annual calendar promotes several interactions with our external community, especially related to Educational matters, Diverse / Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) topics and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) solutions and their impacts in the society.
